All of the plans recommended meet the Equity Release Councils standards – you will never owe more than the value of your home, you are able to move to another property without any financial penalty (subject to provider criteria) and you have the right to stay in your home for as long as you choose (subject to the plans terms and conditions). All the plans are carefully selected from the whole of the market and we are not linked to, or affiliated with any of the companies that provide the services we offer.

We have a carefully selected panel of trusted solicitors, who specialise in Equity Release and can get your case to completion as quickly as possible, with highly competitive rates. As with our mortgage panel, there is no fee payable should your transaction not complete.

Your Equity Release consultation is free, which can be in person or remote. There is a fee for arranging your lifetime mortgage, typically £1,495, payable upon completion of your transaction, which can be added to your loan. If you decide not to proceed, there is no fee.
